The invention relates to a low-speed warning sound simulation method and system for a driving motor of a new energy automobile, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the speed information of a whole automobile and the rotating speed of a motor, judging whether the speed of the whole automobile is lower than a pre-configured speed threshold value or not, and if yes, executing the step 1; if yes, a plurality of low-frequency harmonic current signals and a medium-high frequency harmonic wave with the frequency being 4 kHz are injected into the motor through the motor controller, meanwhile, the PWM switching frequency of the motor controller is adjusted to be 4 kHz, and the frequency of the low-frequency harmonic current signals is determined according to the rotating speed of the motor and the order of pre-configured low-frequency order vibration; the harmonic current signal generates electromagnetic force based on an electromagnetic field effect, acts on a motor stator to generate low-frequency-order vibration, simulates the low-frequency-order vibration of an engine, and generates 4kHz vibration at the same time; the low-frequency order vibration radiates low-frequency order sound, and the 4kHz vibration radiates 4kHz sound, so that low-speed warning sound is simulated. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages of low cost, real simulation position, good warning effect and the like.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车驱动电机的低速警示音模拟方法及系统,其中方法包括:获取整车车速信息和电机转速,并判断整车车速是否低于预配置的速度阈值,若是,则利用电机控制器向电机注入多个低频谐波电流信号和一个频率为4kHz的中高频谐波,同时调整电机控制器PWM开关频率为4kHz,其中,低频谐波电流信号的频率根据电机转速和预配置的低频阶次振动的阶次决定;谐波电流信号基于电磁场效应产生电磁力,作用于电机定子产生低频阶次振动,模拟发动机的低频阶次振动,同时产生4kHz振动;低频阶次振动辐射低频阶次声,4kHz振动辐射4kHz声音,从而模拟低速警示音。与现有技术相比,本发明具有成本低、模拟位置真实、警示效果好等优点。
