The invention relates to the technical field of crawling robots, in particular to a robot suitable for crawling on smooth and rough wall surfaces, which is characterized in that at least two exhaust fans are fixedly mounted below a fixed plate, and rotatable flexible belts are arranged on adjacent sides of a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate; rotatable flexible ferrules are arranged on the adjacent sides, close to the two ends, of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, and a plurality of sponge suction cups are evenly arranged on the periphery of a flexible belt. When the robot walks on a rough wall surface, the exhaust fan continuously exhausts air in the concave cavity, so that the flexible belt and the flexible ferrule are attached to the wall surface in a pressing mode, and therefore walking friction force is provided for the robot; the friction force between the robot and the wall surface can be obviously increased when the robot walks on the smooth wall surface through the sponge suction cup, and therefore the requirement for walking on the smooth wall surface and the rough wall surface is effectively met.

    本发明涉及爬行机器人技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于光滑和粗糙壁面爬行的机器人,包括固定板下方至少固定安装有两个抽风机,所述第一竖板与第二竖板的相邻侧均设置有可转动的柔性皮带,所述第一竖板与第二竖板的相邻侧靠近两端均设置有可转动的柔性套圈,所述柔性皮带外围均匀设置有多个海绵吸盘;当机器人在粗糙的壁面上行走的过程中,抽风机不断将凹陷腔内的气体抽出,使得柔性皮带以及柔性套圈压附在壁面上,从而为机器人提供行走摩擦力,当机器人在光滑表面爬行时,通过海绵吸盘使得机器人在光滑壁面上行走时能够显著的增加与壁面之间的摩擦力,从而有效的兼顾了需要在光滑壁面和粗糙壁面上行走的需求。
