The invention discloses a pallet fork capable of being bidirectionally adjusted at equal intervals and an adjusting process, the pallet fork comprises a base, pallet forks, a scissor fork mechanism and a telescopic driving shaft, the pallet forks are slidably mounted at the top of the base, the scissor fork mechanism is connected between the pallet forks on the two sides, and the telescopic driving shaft is connected with the pallet forks on the two sides; the shear fork mechanism comprises a movable plate and a shear arm, the shear arm is rotationally installed on the base, the tail end of the shear arm is in sliding connection with the movable plate, and the movable plate is connected with the bottom of the pallet fork; the pallet fork comprises a bottom plate, an upper plate and a middle plate, the middle plate is connected with the bottom plate in a sliding mode, and the upper plate is connected with the bottom plate in a sliding mode. The pallet forks can be adjusted to the needed positions along the middle supporting plate at equal intervals through the shear fork mechanism, and accurate adjustment can be achieved; meanwhile, the pallet forks can move in the positive direction and the negative direction, so that the carrying efficiency is improved; the two pallet forks are connected through the telescopic driving shaft, the two-way stretching and retracting of the two pallet forks can be adjusted at the same time through one motor, and cost is reduced. In consideration of the phenomena that when cargoes with small sizes are carried and the distance between the forks is adjusted to be small, the distance between baffles around the forks is long, the baffles cannot play a protection role, and the stacking machine is prone to shaking and falling off in the operation process, a protection moving seat is designed and can be adjusted along with the forks while the distance between the forks is adjusted, and the safety in the operation process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可等间距双向调节的货叉及调节过程,包括基座、货叉、剪叉机构和伸缩驱动轴,所述货叉滑动安装在基座顶部,两侧的货叉之间连接有剪叉机构,所述伸缩驱动轴连接两侧货叉;所述剪叉机构包括移动板块和剪臂,所述剪臂转动安装在基座上,剪臂末端与移动板块滑动连接,所述移动板块与货叉底部连接;所述货叉包括底板、上板和中板,所述中板与底板滑动连接,所述上板与底板滑动连接。本发明中的货叉可通过剪叉机构等间距的沿中间支撑板调节到所需要的位置,可实现精准调节;同时货叉可朝正反两个方向运动,从而提高搬运效率;通过伸缩驱动轴连接两个货叉,一个电机可同时调节两个货叉的双向伸缩,降低了成本;本发明考虑到当搬运体积较小的货物,货叉间距调节较小时,货叉周围的挡板距离较远,起不到保护作用,堆垛机运行过程中易出现晃动掉落的现象,设计了保护移动座可随货叉间距调整的同时跟随货叉进行调整,增加了运行过程的安全性。
