The novel front encoder traction machine comprises a stator assembly and a rotor assembly, the stator assembly comprises a machine base and a stator core with a winding, the stator core with the winding is formed by concavely and convexly splicing a plurality of single-tooth iron cores through corresponding yoke parts and welding the single-tooth iron cores into a circular ring shape, and the stator core with the winding is sleeved and fixed in the machine base; the motor base is provided with a fixing shaft, the interior of the fixing shaft is hollow in the axial direction, the fixing shaft and the motor base are integrally formed, the rotor assembly rotates around the fixing shaft and comprises a bearing set, a hub and a traction wheel, the hub is sleeved with the traction wheel, the bearing set is arranged in the hub in the axial direction of the fixing shaft, and outer rings of bearings in the bearing set are in interference fit with the hub. Inner rings of bearings of the bearing pack are connected with the fixing shaft, and the inner diameter of the bearing close to the traction wheel is smaller than that of the bearing away from the traction wheel. The structure is simple, and the overall thickness is ultra-thin.

    本发明公开一种新型前置编码器曳引机,包括定子组件和转子组件,定子组件包括机座和有绕组定子铁芯,有绕组定子铁芯的定子铁芯由若干单齿铁芯通过相应轭部凹凸拼接并焊接成圆环状,有绕组定子铁芯套置固定在机座内,机座设有固定轴,固定轴内部沿轴向方向呈中空设置,固定轴和机座一体成型,转子组件绕固定轴旋转,转子组件包括轴承组、轮毂和曳引轮,曳引轮套置在轮毂上,轴承组沿固定轴轴向设置在轮毂内,轴承组中轴承的外圈和轮毂过盈配合,轴承组轴承的内圈和固定轴连接,靠近曳引轮的轴承内径小于远离曳引轮的轴承内径。本发明结构简单,整体厚度超薄。
