The invention provides a micro-energy grid double-layer optimization scheduling method comprising an electric vehicle energy charging station, and relates to the field of power grid scheduling, and the method comprises the steps: building a micro-energy grid double-layer optimization model comprising the electric vehicle energy charging station; the micro-energy network double-layer optimization model comprises a finite rationality charging decision model based on psychological factors, an electric vehicle energy charging station model and a micro-energy network model; acquiring historical charging load data, historical hydrogenation load data, micro-energy network operation parameters and historical user charging data of an electric vehicle charging station; and iteration is carried out according to the acquired data and the micro-energy network double-layer optimization model until a function is converged to preset precision, so that parameters of a micro-energy network scheduling plan and parameters of an energy charging plan of the electric vehicle energy charging station are adjusted, and an optimal operation plan is determined. Unbalance of charging load distribution in the area is improved, economical efficiency of the micro energy grid is improved, and win-win of an energy charging station operator and an electric vehicle user is achieved.
