The invention discloses a tension-compression type mine car connection anti-tripping device. A tension-compression bolt (11) is arranged in the bolt sleeve (10); the upper part of the bolt sleeve (10) is provided with a bearing platform (12); a coaxial pulling and pressing channel (9) is arranged along the axis of the cylinder, a telescopic cavity (13) is arranged below the pulling and pressing channel (9), and the pulling and pressing bolt (11) comprises a lifting ring (1), a top bayonet (2), a connecting rod (3), a connecting platform (4), a rotating foot support (5) and a bottom bayonet (6). The upper portion of the tension-compression bolt (11) is connected with the bearing platform (12) through the top bayonet (2), the connecting rod (3) is arranged in the tension-compression channel (9), and the connecting platform (4), the rotating foot support (5) and the bottom bayonet (6) are arranged in the telescopic cavity (13). Through limiting of the upper bayonet and the lower bayonet, vertical displacement of the mine car connecting device in the mine car transportation process can be effectively limited, and tripping of the connecting device is effectively prevented.
本发明公开了一种拉压式矿车连接防跳脱装置。插销套筒(10)内设置拉压插销(11);插销套筒(10)为圆柱体结构,上部为承台(12);沿圆柱体轴心设有同轴的拉压通道(9),拉压通道(9)下方设有伸缩空腔(13),拉压插销(11)包括提环(1),顶部卡口(2),连接杆(3),连接平台(4),旋转脚撑(5)、底部卡口(6);拉压插销(11)上部通过顶部卡口(2)与承台(12)连接,连接杆(3)设置在拉压通道(9)内,连接平台(4)、旋转脚撑(5)、底部卡口(6)设置在伸缩空腔(13)内。本发明通过上下卡口的限位,可以有效限制在矿车运输过程中矿车连接装置的上下位移,有效阻止了连接装置的跳脱。
