The wall thickness and weight of side wall parts can be reduced while the machining precision is improved, and it is guaranteed that the structural strength of a side wall finished product is not affected. In the manufacturing process of the side body, related parts are reduced by more than 80%, and welding is not needed, so that potential safety hazards caused by the problems of missing welding and missing welding can be reduced. According to the invention, after the steps of bulging and die casting, the assembly of the main structure for integrally forming the related parts of the side body and the integral forming of the side body are completed, so that the number of the parts in the side body is reduced, the process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and a large amount of labor cost can be saved.

    本发明提供了一种钢铝混合一体压铸式车身侧围制造方法及结构,利用了液体或气体介质的内高压胀形与压铸成形工艺,能够得到强度高且质量轻的混合材料车身侧围结构,在实现加工精度提高的同时可降低侧围零部件的壁厚度与重量,且保证对侧围成品结构强度不产生影响。在侧围制造过程中相关部件减少了80%以上,并可不使用焊接,从而能够降低缺焊、漏焊问题所导致的安全隐患。本发明在胀形与压铸步骤后即完成了侧围相关零部件一体成形主要结构的装配和侧围整体成形,使侧围中的零部件数量得以减少,不仅简化了工艺提高了生产效率,还能节省大量人工成本。
