The invention provides a low-noise tire and a processing device thereof, the tire comprises a tire tread, variable-pitch pattern blocks are arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire tread, the variable-pitch pattern blocks adopt a large-angle oblique design, and a drainage groove in a shoulder groove part of the tire tread adopts a fine disturbance frequency steel sheet design. When all the pitches of the tread are arranged in the circumferential direction, a combined variable-pitch arrangement mode is adopted, the control performance is enhanced, meanwhile, the noise reduction target is achieved, through the large-angle oblique pattern design, the drainage efficiency is improved, gas movement of pattern grooves is reasonably dredged and controlled, and the purposes of drainage and noise reduction are achieved; and the drainage grooves in the shoulder groove part of the tread are designed by adopting fine disturbing frequency steel sheets, so that the transverse flow of tread air is reduced, the effect of reducing tire noise is achieved, the road holding force is improved, and the wet land performance and snowfield performance of the tire are improved.

    本发明提供了一种低噪音的轮胎及其加工装置,轮胎包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面周向上设有变节距花纹块,变节距花纹块采用大角度斜向设计,轮胎胎面肩沟部分的排水沟槽采用细密的扰频钢片设计。本发明胎面周向各节距排布时,采用组合变节距排列方式,增强操控性能的同时达到了降噪的目标,通过大角度斜向花纹设计,增加排水效率及花纹沟槽的气体运动得到合理的疏导与控制,达到排水和降低噪音的目的,胎面肩沟部分的排水沟槽采用细密的扰频钢片设计,减少了胎面空气的横向流动,达到降低胎噪的效果,提高了抓地力,提升了轮胎的湿地性能和雪地性能。
