The rotary motor controller is connected with the rotary motor and the high-voltage distribution box through a high-voltage circuit; electric energy transmission is adopted to replace mechanical direct connection output of a traditional power system, battery peak clipping and valley filling are utilized, engine load rate conversion is reduced, the overall transmission efficiency is improved, pollutant emission is reduced, meanwhile, rapid warming-up of the low-temperature engine is achieved through an engine rapid warming-up control strategy, and energy consumption and emission are reduced.
