The invention discloses a passenger car intelligent control system capable of adjusting torque in real time according to passenger flow. The passenger car intelligent control system comprises an acquisition module, a communication module, a big data platform, a remote monitoring terminal and a whole car controller. The acquisition module is used for acquiring get-on and get-off passenger data of the passenger car and uploading the get-on and get-off passenger data to the big data platform through the communication module; the big data platform receives the get-on and get-off passenger data uploaded by the acquisition module, analyzes passenger flow data of the passenger car in combination with the get-on and get-off passenger data, estimates real-time whole car quality data of the passenger car, and uploads the whole car quality data to the remote monitoring terminal through the communication module; the remote monitoring terminal is connected with the whole vehicle controller through the communication module, receives the whole vehicle quality data and then sends the whole vehicle quality data to the whole vehicle CAN network platform according to the whole vehicle quality data. The torque is optimized and adjusted through the real-time change of the whole vehicle mass caused by the passenger flow change, the power consumption can be effectively reduced, and the driving feeling is improved while the endurance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种根据客流实时调节扭矩的客车智能控制系统,包括采集模块、通信模块、大数据平台、远程监控终端和整车控制器;采集模块用于采集客车的上下车乘客数据,并通过通信模块将上下车乘客数据上传到大数据平台中;大数据平台接收采集模块上传的上下车乘客数据,结合上下车乘客数据对客车的客流数据进行分析,估算出客车的实时整车质量数据,并将整车质量数据通过通信模块上传到远程监控终端;远程监控终端通过通信模块与整车控制器相连接,接收整车质量数据后,根据整车质量数据发送至整车CAN网络平台;本发明通过客流变化带来的整车质量实时变化进行扭矩优化调节,可以有效降低电耗,在提升续航的同时也提高了驾驶感受。
