The driving unit comprises a pushing part arranged on the tracking vehicle and a locking part arranged on the inserting part; the supporting unit comprises a telescopic component, a rotating component arranged on the telescopic component, a swinging component arranged on the rotating component and a supporting component arranged on the swinging component; the guide plate is arranged on the windward side of the synchronous telescopic belt, and the supporting component is arranged on the leeward side of the synchronous telescopic belt, so that the synchronous telescopic belt is subjected to wind direction guide from the front to reduce wind resistance, and is supported from the back to improve wind resistance; therefore, the protection capability of the corresponding measures of the photovoltaic power station in the northwest region under the strong wind weather condition is finally improved.
