The invention discloses an automobile parking and starting engine torque control method and device and an automobile. The control method comprises the steps that the driving intention of a driver is determined according to the actual gear or gearbox neutral gear control state in the vehicle driving process; when the driving intention of the driver changes, the current oil temperature in the gearbox is obtained, and the torque compensation delay time of the vehicle engine is determined according to the oil temperature in the gearbox; and after the driving intention changes and the torque compensation delay time passes, the engine outputs torque according to the change of the driving intention. The delay time of torque compensation intervention or quit of the engine is controlled when the driving intention of a driver changes, and therefore on the premise that noise is improved and oil consumption is reduced when the vehicle is in a static state, pause in the neutral gear control process is avoided, response impact of engine output torque control is reduced, and the vehicle driving safety is improved. Therefore, in the parking or starting process of the vehicle, the vehicle is kept in a stable and comfortable state.

    本发明公开了一种汽车停车起步发动机扭矩控制方法、装置及车辆。其控制方法包括根据车辆行驶过程中的实际挡位或变速箱空挡控制状态,确定驾驶员的行驶意图;当驾驶员的行驶意图发生变化时,获取当前变速箱内的油温,根据变速箱内的油温,确定车辆发动机扭矩补偿延迟时间;在行驶意图发生变化并经过扭矩补偿延迟时间后,使发动机根据行驶意图的变化输出扭矩。实现在驾驶员的行驶意图发生变化时,控制发动机的扭矩补偿介入或退出的延迟时间,从而在保证车辆静态时改善噪声和降低油耗的前提下,避免空挡控制过程中的顿挫,并降低发动机输出扭矩控制的响应冲击,进而在车辆停车或起步过程中,保持车辆处于平稳、舒适的状态。
