The invention discloses an automobile electric empennage driving device and an electric empennage thereof, the driving device comprises a motor, a driving gear and an output shaft used for driving the empennage to move, the driving gear is connected with the motor, the driving device further comprises an intermediate shaft, an intermediate gear, a driven gear and an output gear, the output gear is arranged on the output shaft, and the driven gear is arranged on the output shaft. The driven gear is movably arranged on the output shaft, the intermediate gear is arranged on the intermediate shaft, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the driven gear is meshed with the intermediate gear, and the intermediate gear is meshed with the output gear. Compared with a worm gear and a worm which are made of steel or non-ferrous metal and need to be made of materials with high abrasion resistance, the gears used in the invention are made of engineering plastics, so that the material cost is reduced; transmission ratio is high and output torque is large; the device is light in weight, reasonable in arrangement, compact in structure and small in occupied space.
