The servo motor is connected with the lead screw, the efficiency of a power system is high, and the problems existing in a traditional hydraulic mechanism can be effectively solved. In addition, the lifting stand columns move synchronously, an in-place sensor is arranged for in-place detection of the position, operation is simple, rapid and accurate, and the battery replacement efficiency of a user is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源换电站的车辆举升机构及其控制方法,包括至少四组立柱单元,所述立柱单元每两组分别设于前轮举升单元和后轮举升单元两侧,所述立柱单元用于驱动所述前轮举升单元和所述后轮举升单元上升/下降。本发明采用伺服电机与丝杆进行连接,动力系统效率高,能有效地解决传统液压机构存在的问题。此外举升立柱进行同步运动,并设置到位传感器进行位置的到位检测,操作简单、快速、精确,提高了用户的换电效率。
