The invention discloses a thermal forming tailored blank laser welding integrated door ring structure and a machining method. The thermal forming tailored blank laser welding integrated door ring structure comprises a first material piece, a second material piece, a third material piece, a fourth material piece, a fifth material piece and a sixth material piece. The first material sheet, the second material sheet, the third material sheet, the fourth material sheet, the fifth material sheet and the sixth material sheet are sequentially welded to form a door ring structure; the door ring structure correspondingly forms an A column upper part, an A column lower part, a doorsill, a B column lower part, a B column and a B column upper part through hot press molding processing. After the material sheets with different material thicknesses and the adjacent material sheets are connected into one material sheet through tailored blank laser welding, the material sheets are subjected to integrated punch forming to form an integrated structure. Various performance requirements of a vehicle body can be met to the maximum extent, the cost and the weight of the vehicle body are reduced, the material utilization rate of the whole vehicle is increased, working hours and tools are reduced, and the new energy vehicle is more excellent in the aspect of carbon emission. The performance requirement can be met, and meanwhile the cost and the weight of the vehicle are optimized.

    本发明公开了一种热成型激光拼焊一体式门环结构和加工方法,包括第一料片、第二料片、第三料片、第四料片、第五料片、第六料片;所述第一料片、第二料片、第三料片、第四料片、第五料片、第六料片依次焊接形成门环结构;门环结构经过热压成型加工对应形成A柱上、A柱下、门槛、B柱下、B柱、B柱上。通过将不同料厚的料片,相邻料片之间通过激光拼焊连接成为一个料片后,进行一体式冲压成型为一体结构。本发明能最大程度在满足车身各项性能需求,降低了车身的成本和重量,提升了整车的材料利用率,减少了工时和工装,使新能源汽车在碳排放方面表现更为优异。能满足性能的需求的同时,并优化了车辆的成本和重量。
