The invention relates to an aircraft load cabin and an aircraft. The aircraft load cabin comprises a load assembly, a support assembly is arranged on the load assembly, and the two ends of the load assembly can be in butt joint with a front cabin body and a rear cabin body through the support assembly respectively; a cavity is formed in the load cabin shell, a load assembly is contained in the cavity, and the load cabin shell is in floating connection with the support assembly in the axial direction of the load cabin shell and is in constraint fit with the support assembly in the radial direction of the load cabin shell. The load assembly, the front section cabin body, the rear section cabin body and the load cabin shell are installed in a butt joint mode through the support, the load shell is used for bearing main loads such as bending moment, axial force and overload in the flying process, and the cabin bodies only meet the shape maintaining requirement. The excellent bearing capacity of a shell of the load is fully utilized, the bearing requirement of the cabin body is greatly lowered, the mounting structure of the load is simplified, and the problems of structural light weight and spatial layout are solved. Meanwhile, through the mode of radial constraint and axial floating connection of the cabin body and the load, the thermal deformation matching problem of the cabin body and the load is solved.
