The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses a novel elevator top mounting structure and a mounting method. Comprising a mounting plate, the top of the mounting plate is provided with buffer assemblies which are symmetrical front and back, each buffer assembly comprises fixing blocks which are symmetrical left and right, and connecting rods are arranged on the opposite sides of the two fixing blocks, and when an elevator runs to the top of an elevator shaft, if the top of the elevator shaft is collided due to the fact that the speed is difficult to control, a top plate collides with the elevator shaft; at the moment, force generated by collision can cause the top plate to move downwards, so that the opposite ends of the two connecting rods are driven to move relatively, the two connected lantern rings apply extrusion force to the spring, the spring generates opposite resilience force, collision force is buffered through the resilience force of the spring and the two shock absorbers, and the elevator is prevented from being damaged due to collision; and the collision shaking force of the elevator is reduced, so that personnel injury and elevator injury can be reduced, and the protection performance of the elevator is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,且公开了一种新型电梯顶部安装结构及安装方法;包括:安装板,所述安装板顶部设置前后对称的缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件包括左右对称的固定块,两个固定块的相对侧设置有连接杆,本发明在电梯运行至电梯井顶部时,若因速度难以控制导致碰撞电梯井顶部,则通过顶板与电梯井碰撞,此时碰撞产生的力会导致顶板下移,由此带动两个连杆的相对端做相对的移动,从而使得连接的两个套环对弹簧施加挤压力,而弹簧则产生相反的回弹力,从而通过弹簧的回弹力以及两个减震器对碰撞力进行缓冲,避免电梯碰撞损坏,且减少电梯碰撞晃动力,由此可减少人员损伤和电梯损伤,有效提高了电梯的防护性能。
