The device comprises a touch sensor group, a central control unit, an electric cylinder unit, a hydraulic control unit and a wheel cylinder. The touch sensor group comprises a plurality of touch sensors, the touch sensor group is connected to the central control unit, and the touch sensor group is configured to transmit a collision signal that the exterior and/or interior of the vehicle body are/is touched to the central control unit. The central control unit comprises a touch sensing unit and a line control brake unit; the tactile sensing unit is divided into an external tactile sensing unit and an internal tactile sensing unit, and the external tactile sensing unit is configured to receive external collision analog signals input by a touch sensor group located outside a vehicle body; the internal tactile sensing unit is configured to receive an internal collision simulation signal input by a touch sensor group located in a vehicle body, and the central control unit is configured to send a brake request signal to the brake-by-wire unit according to an external collision simulation signal and/or the internal collision simulation signal. The brake-by-wire unit is configured to build pressure through the electric cylinder unit according to the brake request signal, and brake oil is input into a wheel cylinder through the hydraulic control unit to complete brake.
