The invention discloses a deep well mine lifting device and method, the device comprises a lifting device main body, a boosting mechanism and a balancing mechanism, the lifting device main body comprises a derrick, a head sheave, a lifting cage, a steel wire rope and a winch; the boosting mechanism comprises a boosting plate and a boosting driving piece; the balance mechanism comprises a gradienter, a plurality of air taps and an air compressor. The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the boosting driving piece provides lifting power for the lifting cage in the initial lifting stage of the lifting cage, the acting force borne by the winch and the steel wire rope in the initial lifting stage of the lifting cage can be reduced, the service life of the winch and the steel wire rope is prolonged, and meanwhile, the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the lifting cage are measured through the gradienter; air on the reverse side of the swing trend of the lifting cage is sucked into the air compressor through the air compressor, compressed and then discharged to the same side of the swing trend of the lifting cage so as to hinder swing of the lifting cage, collision between the lifting cage and the shaft wall of the vertical shaft can be avoided, and the transverse stability of the lifting cage is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种深井矿山提升装置及方法,装置包括提升装置主体、助推机构及平衡机构,所述提升装置主体包括井架、天轮、提升笼、钢丝绳及绞车;所述助推机构包括助推板及助推驱动件;所述平衡机构包括水平仪、若干个气嘴及空压机。本发明提出的技术方案的有益效果是:通过助推驱动件在提升笼上升初期对提升笼提供上升动力,可以降低绞车及钢丝绳在提升笼上升初期受到的作用力,延长绞车及钢丝绳的使用寿命,同时,通过水平仪测量提升笼的倾角及倾斜方向,通过空压机将提升笼摆动趋势的反侧的空气抽吸至空压机内,压缩后再排出到提升笼摆动趋势的同侧,以阻碍提升笼的摆动,可以避免提升笼与竖井的井壁发生碰撞,大大提高提升笼的横向稳定性。
