The invention discloses a target position correction method and device and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the target positioning information of a current frame, and storing the target positioning information in a preset cache region, the preset cache region is used for storing the target positioning information of a preset frame number, and the target positioning information comprises a target position; determining whether the target of the current frame meets a position correction condition or not according to a preset cache region and a preset holding frame list, wherein the preset holding frame list is used for storing reference positioning information of the target; if yes, correcting the target position of the current frame by using a preset holding frame list to obtain the corrected target position of the current frame; and if not, updating the preset holding frame list by using the target positioning information of the current frame. Through the multi-frame data stored in the cache region and the reference positioning information stored in the holding frame list, the target position can be more accurately corrected, position jitter is effectively reduced, the method can adapt to the requirements of different motion states and scenes, and the position stability and applicability are improved.
