The invention attempts to enhance air lubrication by forming and maintaining a superaerophilic surface under the vessel, thereby reducing the frictional resistance of the vessel. Air is supplied in two different ways: through a vent near the bow and through the superaerophilic surface (124) perforated under the vessel. Air delivered through the perforations in the super-aerophilic surface prevents wetting of microstructures on the surface, thereby maintaining its super-aerophilic properties. Due to the fact that the super-aerophile surface attracts air to be close to the surface of the ship body, the proportion of the air in the bow ventilation opening in the boundary layer is greatly increased, and the efficiency and the effect of the air lubrication system are improved. The aerophile effect is enhanced by capturing carbon, filtering carbon, and mixing it with air supplied to the web.
