The invention discloses a ship collision early warning method and system for an offshore wind turbine structure, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the feature extraction of a ship historical acceleration signal collected by an acceleration sensor, and generating a ship collision database based on the time-frequency domain features corresponding to each ship type; the current acceleration signal acquired in real time is quickly identified and processed in combination with the ship collision database, so that the reliability of ship collision early warning can be effectively improved by using historical data, and the corresponding ship type can be quickly determined according to the ship collision database to improve the accuracy of ship collision early warning.
