According to the construction method of the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shell, technical innovation is carried out in an inverse construction mode, accurate hoisting control is carried out on the upper layer and the lower layer of a ship in the segmented assembly stage, fixing tool pieces for auxiliary installation are fully used for fixing the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shell piece bodies, the distance between the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shells is locked, and therefore the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shell piece bodies are fixed. On the other hand, the production effects that cross-shaped reflecting sheets corresponding to shaft hole adjusting tool pieces are installed in double shaft holes of a stern shaft shell respectively, and rapid positioning is conducted through the precision control technology when a stern shaft shell sheet body is hoisted are put into use; the effects of promoting production efficiency and shortening the period are achieved, the quality precision of segmented dock carrying of the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shell is ensured, and a new technological method for rapid ship carrying is achieved.

    本发明提供一种双轴孔艉轴壳的建造方法,该建造方法以反态建造方式进行技术创新,对船舶在分段组立阶段上下两层准确吊装控制,并充分运用了辅助安装的固定工装件来固定双轴孔艉轴壳片体,锁定双轴孔艉轴壳之间的间距,有效控制焊接过程中由双向轴孔中心线艏艉偏中的精度尺寸变形问题,另一方面投入使用了在艉轴壳双轴孔分别安装轴孔调节工装件所对应十字反射片,在艉轴壳片体吊装以精度控制技术进行快速定位的生产效果,促进生产效率提升缩短周期的效果,确保了双轴孔艉轴壳分段船坞搭载的质量精度,实现船舶快速化搭载的新工艺技术方法。
