The invention provides a lifting lug suitable for lifting an upper module of an offshore booster station and a construction method.The lifting lug comprises a base, a double-piece lifting lug body, a hand-cranking plug pin assembly and a lifting belt, the double-piece lifting lug body is fixed to the base, and shaft penetrating holes are formed in the double-piece lifting lug body; the hand-cranking bolt assembly is detachably fixed on the side wall of the double-piece lifting lug, and the hand-cranking bolt assembly penetrates through the shaft penetrating hole of the double-piece lifting lug; the lifting belt is arranged between the two lifting lugs; the double-piece lifting lug is lifted through a hand-cranking plug pin assembly and a lifting belt. The problems that in an existing construction method, a single lifting lug needs to be hoisted through a shackle in the hoisting process, the shackle is large in size and weight and difficult to hook on site, and in the welding process of the shackle, part of weld joints cannot be fully welded, and welding operation cannot be achieved are effectively solved. The device is particularly suitable for lifting lug lifting operation of an offshore booster station, and the lifting lug lifting field hooking efficiency can be greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种适用于海上升压站上部组块吊装的吊耳及施工方法,包括底座、双片吊耳、手摇插销组件、以及吊带,所述双片吊耳固定在底座上,所述双片吊耳上均开设有穿轴孔,所述手摇插销组件可拆卸固定在双片吊耳的侧壁上、且手摇插销组件贯穿双片吊耳的穿轴孔;所述吊带设置在双片吊耳之间;所述双片吊耳通过手摇插销组件、吊带起吊。本申请有效解决了现有施工方法中单片吊耳在吊装过程中需要通过卸扣来吊装吊耳,卸扣尺寸大、重量大、现场挂钩困难、以及在卸扣在焊接过程中部分焊缝无法满焊,焊接作业不可达的问题。特别适用于海上升压站吊耳吊装作业,能够极大的提高吊耳吊装现场挂钩效率。
