The invention discloses a gas leakage detection method for a gas circuit of a pure electric bus, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. S1, a vehicle control unit collects and records operating parameters of a gas pump system in real time; s2, the vehicle control unit judges whether an air pump system is in an inflating state or not according to the state of the air pump and the enable signal of the dryer, if not, the step S3 is executed, and if yes, the step S4 is executed; s3, the vehicle control unit judges whether a gas path gas leakage fault exists or not according to the change condition of the gas pressure value of the gas storage tank and the current vehicle action; and S4, the vehicle control unit comprehensively judges whether a gas path gas leakage fault exists or not according to the gas pressure rising speed of the gas storage tank, the current value of the gas pump and the current vehicle action. According to the method, comprehensive comparison and analysis are carried out based on various operating parameters of the air pump system, so that whether the vehicle has the gas path leakage fault or not is accurately judged, timely early warning of the vehicle is facilitated, and the problems existing in the prior art are solved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动客车气路漏气检测方法,涉及车辆技术领域,S1、整车控制器实时采集并记录气泵系统的运行参数;S2、整车控制器根据气泵的状态和干燥器的使能信号判断气泵系统是否处于打气状态,若未处于打气状态,则执行步骤S3,若处于打气状态,则执行步骤S4;S3、整车控制器根据储气罐的气压值变化情况和当前车辆动作判断是否存在气路漏气故障;S4、整车控制器根据储气罐的气压上升速率、气泵的电流值和当前车辆动作综合判断是否存在气路漏气故障。本发明基于气泵系统的多种运行参数进行综合对比分析,从而准确地判断出车辆是否存在气路漏气故障,有利于车辆进行及时预警,由此解决现有技术存在的问题。
