The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy, and particularly relates to a charging pile load prediction method and device. Firstly, an improved LSTM neural network prediction model is constructed, input of the improved LSTM neural network prediction model is historical time period charging pile load, historical time period influence factors and prediction time period influence factors, output of the improved LSTM neural network prediction model is prediction time period charging pile load, and parameters of the improved LSTM neural network prediction model are obtained through optimization of an optimization algorithm; training the improved LSTM neural network prediction model by using the training set; and obtaining input data required for predicting the charging pile load in the prediction time period by using the trained improved LSTM neural network prediction model, and inputting the input data into the model to obtain the charging pile load in the prediction time period. The parameters of the LSTM neural network prediction model are optimized parameters, so that the model prediction precision is improved; and influence factor data influencing the load of the charging pile is also used as the input of the model, so that the prediction precision of the model is further improved.

    本发明属于新能源技术领域,具体涉及一种充电桩负荷预测方法及装置。首先构建改进LSTM神经网络预测模型,改进LSTM神经网络预测模型的输入为历史时间段充电桩负荷、历史时间段影响因素和预测时间段影响因素,输出为预测时间段充电桩负荷,且所述改进LSTM神经网络预测模型的参数通过优化算法优化得到;利用训练集对改进LSTM神经网络预测模型进行训练;获取利用所述训练好的改进LSTM神经网络预测模型进行预测时间段充电桩负荷预测所需的输入数据,并输入至该模型中得到预测时间段充电桩负荷。LSTM神经网络预测模型的参数为优化后的参数,从而提高了模型预测精度;且还将影响充电桩负荷的影响因素数据也作为模型的输入,进一步提高了模型预测精度。
