The invention provides a self-adaptive adjustment intelligent charging system and application, and the system comprises a charging pile, a charging gun and a charging wire which are disposed on the charging pile, and also comprises a detection module which is used for detecting the distance between an electric vehicle after parking and the charging pile; the storage module is used for storing the charging wire between the charging gun and the charging pile; the limiting module is movably arranged in the storage module and is used for limiting the length of the charging wire drawn out of the storage module; the adjusting module is used for adjusting the position of the limiting module in the storage module; after the distance between the charging pile and the electric vehicle is detected through the arranged detection module, the position of the limiting module is adjusted, and the charging wire is limited by the limiting module, so that the probability of cable deformation and damage caused by the fact that a user pulls out the charging wire too long before charging, the charging wire is dragged to the ground and rubs with the ground is avoided; compared with a traditional charging pile, the service life of the charging wire is longer.
