The invention relates to an intelligent holographic interactive driving assistance system which comprises a holographic projection unit and a vehicle integration unit. The holographic projection unit is connected and communicated with a central control unit of a vehicle through the vehicle integration unit, and the holographic projection unit receives projection content information sent by the central control unit for projection display; the projection position determination module determines an optimal projection area based on a driver sight tracking technology; the projection parameter generation module collects environment data and adjusts projection parameters based on environment changes. The projection device comprises a projector and an optical element, and projection content information is transmitted to the transparent display module through the projector and the optical element; the transparent display module comprises a transparent screen arranged on glass in front of the vehicle and is used for displaying projection content information; the key information is directly projected in front of the sight line of the driver, so that the requirement of lowering the head to check an instrument panel is effectively eliminated, the information acquisition efficiency is improved, the distracted driving risk is reduced, and the driving safety is remarkably improved.
