本发明公开了一种具有异形减重槽的锻造钩舌,包括主体,所述主体的内侧设有S型连接面,所述主体的内部分别开设有安装销孔与吊装孔,且安装接销孔与吊装孔的轴线平行一致,所述主体的侧壁分别有两组第一加厚部和第二加厚部,所述主体的底部开设有两组减重槽,且减重槽的内侧开设有异形斜面凹槽;本发明通过两组凹形坡面的过渡结构,改变现有直槽贯通型结构的减重体系,促使减重槽的方向角度以及内侧坡面过渡处皆进行改善,从而利用异形的减重槽体,延长减重结构的疲劳性及使用寿命,该新型减重槽不但提高了锻造钩舌的减重效果,并且大大提高了锻造钩舌的疲劳寿命。
