The invention relates to a battery exchange guiding method and a battery exchange system. A battery exchange guidance method includes: searching for a battery station (20) that an electric vehicle (10) can reach (first search); and a battery station (20) that searches for a battery (21) in which is stored a battery (21) having an SOC greater than a predetermined value (SOC required from the battery station (20) to the destination + an expected value of the user with respect to the remaining amount of SOC at the time when the destination is reached) (second search). The guiding method includes notifying a user of the electric vehicle (10) of information about the battery station (20) extracted by the two searches.
