The invention discloses a low-temperature cold start system for range-extended engineering machinery. The low-temperature cold start system comprises a range extender, a high-voltage power distribution unit, a battery pack, a battery temperature control unit, a driving motor, an oil pump motor and a hydraulic oil heating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), the high-voltage power distribution unit is connected with the range extender, the battery pack, the battery temperature control unit, the driving motor, the oil pump motor and the hydraulic oil heating PTC. The battery temperature control unit is used for adjusting the temperature of the battery pack; and the hydraulic oil heating PTC is used for heating hydraulic oil of the engineering machinery. The method can ensure that the electric quantity consumption of the battery is kept at a reasonable level during the warming-up period, and through a corresponding starting strategy, the problem of overcharge and overdischarge of the battery is avoided when the engineering machinery is started at low temperature, and meanwhile, the temperature of the battery is quickly increased, the warming-up time is shortened, and the operation efficiency of equipment is improved.
本发明公开了一种增程式工程机械低温冷启动系统,包括:增程器、高压配电单元、电池组、电池温控机组、驱动电机、油泵电机以及液压油加热PTC;所述高压配电单元分别和增程器、电池组、电池温控机组、驱动电机、油泵电机以及液压油加热PTC连接;所述电池温控机组用于对电池组温度进行调整;所述液压油加热PTC用于给工程机械的液压油加热。本发明能够保证电池在暖机期间电量消耗保持在合理水平,通过相应的启动策略,保证工程机械能在低温启动时,避免电池过充过放问题,同时快速提升电池温度,缩短暖机时间,提高设备作业效率。
