The invention provides a map matching method based on mobile phone signaling. According to the method, original mobile phone signaling trajectory data generated in the travel process of a user is utilized, and the hidden Markov algorithm is applied to realize travel path identification of the user in a road network. In order to realize the target, the invention provides a track supplement and track smoothing module to solve the problems of space-time sparsity and position uncertainty of mobile phone signaling. And a travel path with the optimal probability of the user is realized by using a hidden Markov model and a dimensional bit algorithm, namely a map matching result is obtained, and finally extraction and identification of the travel path of the user are completed.

    本发明提供了一种基于手机信令的地图匹配方法。该方法利用用户在出行过程中产生的原始手机信令轨迹数据,应用隐马尔可夫算法,实现用户在路网中的出行路径识别。为实现上述目标,本发明提出了轨迹补充和轨迹平滑模块来解决手机信令的时空稀疏性和位置不确定性问题。利用隐马尔可夫模型和维比特算法实现用户概率最优的出行路径,即获得地图匹配结果,最终完成用户出行路径的提取与识别。
