The invention relates to an elevator control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, whether the current load of an elevator is full or not is judged by obtaining three-dimensional point cloud data in the elevator, and if it is judged that the current load of the elevator is not full, whether a bearable space exists in the elevator or not is judged based on the three-dimensional point cloud data in the elevator; and if the loadable space does not exist in the elevator or the current load of the elevator is judged to be full, outputting that the elevator cannot bear at present, and controlling the elevator to directly reach the target floor. Compared with the prior art, whether the current load of the elevator is full or not is judged through double judgment, whether the loadable space exists in the elevator or not is judged based on the three-dimensional point cloud data in the elevator, and if it is judged that the loadable space does not exist in the elevator or it is judged that the current load of the elevator is full, it is output that the elevator cannot bear the load currently; the elevator can be controlled to directly reach the target floor, invalid stop opening and closing of the elevator door can be avoided, elevator operation efficiency is improved, and user experience is improved.

    本公开涉及一种电梯控制方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,通过获取电梯内的三维点云数据,判断电梯的当前载重是否满载,若判断出电梯的当前载重不满载,则基于电梯内的三维点云数据判断电梯内是否存在可承载空间,若判断出电梯内不存在可承载空间,或判断出电梯的当前载重满载,则输出电梯当前无法承载,控制电梯直达目标楼层。相较于现有技术,本公开通过双重判断,判断电梯的当前载重是否满载、并基于电梯内的三维点云数据判断电梯内是否存在可承载空间,若判断出电梯内不存在可承载空间,或判断出电梯的当前载重满载,则输出电梯当前无法承载,控制电梯直达目标楼层,可以避免无效停留开闭电梯门,提高电梯运行效率,提升用户体验。
