The invention provides a multi-machine hoisting intelligent monitoring and deviation rectifying device and method, and relates to the field of hoisting engineering.The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of marking lines are arranged on the peripheral side of the ground of a supporting object; a plurality of cameras are arranged on the periphery of the top of the supporting object, warning lines are arranged in view-finding windows of the cameras, and the cameras are calibrated to enable the warning lines to coincide with the marking lines; in the multi-machine hoisting process, pictures shot by the cameras are synthesized into a plane graph, the area defined by the plane contour of the supporting object and the warning lines on the corresponding cameras is set as a warning area, and when the hoisted object intrudes into any warning area, early warning is given out; when the hoisted object is moved out of the warning area, early warning is relieved; and the operator corrects the lifting posture of the crane in the corresponding direction according to the visual information of the planar graph. According to the invention, the relative position relationship between the hoisted object and the plurality of supports can be displayed in real time, so that a commander can conveniently make corresponding deviation correction in time, and collision accidents can be effectively avoided.
