A light-emitting system comprises a low-beam unit used for collimating to form low-beam light rays which are obliquely and downwards emitted, and the low-beam unit is arranged on the upper rear portion of a baffle; the first high-beam unit is used for collimating to form first high-beam light rays which are emitted right ahead; the first high-beam units are arranged on the left and right sides of the low-beam unit in the horizontal direction side by side, and at least part of the first high-beam units are located at the same height as the baffle; the baffles are arranged on the light emitting side of the low-beam unit at intervals and are close to the bottom edge of the low-beam unit; the outer lens is arranged on the side, away from the low beam unit, of the baffle and comprises a convergence imaging light mirror and high beam focus-free offset lenses arranged on the left side and the right side of the convergence imaging light mirror in the horizontal direction. Wherein the converging imaging light mirror is opposite to the low-beam unit and is used for converging low-beam light to form a low-beam light pattern; the two high-beam focus-free offset lenses are right opposite to the two first high-beam units and used for enabling the two corresponding sets of first high-beam light rays to be offset in the direction close to each other so as to form a high-beam light pattern.
