The invention relates to a variable speed limit and dynamic road shoulder cooperative control method and device and a medium, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting the traffic condition, road information and weather data of each section of an expressway in each time step, and calculating the average density, speed, flow and road visibility of vehicles; if the average vehicle density of the road section exceeds a preset threshold value, variable speed limit control is started, and the average vehicle density is controlled through the dynamically updated final speed limit value of the road section; if the average vehicle density still exceeds the preset threshold value after the variable speed limit control is started for one time step, dynamic road shoulder control is started, and the road shoulder passing right is opened or closed; wherein the speed limit value based on congestion judgment and the speed limit value based on weather conditions are calculated respectively according to the average vehicle density, the speed, the flow and the road visibility, and the final speed limit value of the road section is determined accordingly. Compared with the prior art, the method can better adapt to different traffic flows and road conditions, and the traffic safety and the driving efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及一种可变限速和动态路肩协同控制方法、设备和介质,包括以下步骤:在每个时间步长内采集快速路各路段的交通状况、道路信息和天气数据,计算车辆平均密度、速度、流量和道路能见度;若路段的车辆平均密度超过预设阈值,则开启可变限速控制,通过动态更新的路段最终限速值控制车辆平均密度;若开启可变限速控制一个时间步长后,车辆平均密度仍超过预设阈值,则开启动态路肩控制,开放或关闭路肩通行权;其中,根据所述车辆平均密度、速度、流量和道路能见度,分别计算基于拥堵判别的限速值和基于天气条件的限速值,据此确定所述路段最终限速值。与现有技术相比,本发明可以更好地适应不同的交通流量和路况情况,提高交通安全和行车效率。
