The invention provides a flight landing scheduling method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of resource scheduling, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the chromosome coding of N flights to be landed at a current moment, and obtaining at least two chromosomes, each chromosome is used for representing one flight landing sequence of the N flights, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; determining fitness values respectively corresponding to the at least two chromosomes based on a fitness function; determining a first chromosome from the at least two chromosomes according to the fitness values respectively corresponding to the at least two chromosomes; and obtaining the landing time of each flight according to the flight landing sequence represented by the first chromosome. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problem that the landing sequence and landing time of each flight are difficult to reasonably arrange through manual scheduling can be solved.
