The invention discloses a vehicle motion state balancing system and method applying a semi-active suspension, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The vehicle motion state balancing system comprises a pressure sensor, a central processing unit, an ECU and a connection point processor; the pressure sensor is located at the joint of the upper end of the shock absorber and a vehicle body and connected with the central processing unit. The weight sensor is used for identifying weight distribution borne by the semi-active suspension of the vehicle and feeding back pressure information to the central processing unit; the central processing unit is respectively connected with the pressure sensor and the connection point processor, and is used for receiving and identifying an electric signal from the pressure sensor when the vehicle is in a starting and static state, calculating and processing the electric signal, converting the electric signal into a digital signal and outputting the digital signal to the connection point processor; the connection point processor; and the ECU is used for receiving road surface feedback information to control the semi-active suspension to operate, and is matched with the connection point processor after signal adjustment to control the semi-active suspension to complete suspension hardness adjustment. The signal output of the ECU is adjusted by recognizing the vehicle load distribution state, so that the semi-active suspension is controlled to reach the optimal motion state in the motion process, the motion state of a vehicle purchased by a consumer is the same as that of a test vehicle in the test process when the vehicle is used, and the consumer can experience the same comfort degree no matter how the load is.

    本发明公开了一种应用半主动悬架的车辆运动状态平衡系统及方法,属于汽车技术领域,包括压力传感器、中央处理器、ECU及连接点处理器;所述压力传感器位于减震器上端与车身连接处,与中央处理器连接;用于识别车辆半主动悬架承载的重量分布,并将压力信息反馈给中央处理器;所述中央处理器分别与压力传感器及连接点处理器连接,用于接收并识别车辆在启动并静止的状态时来自压力传感器的电信号,计算处理并转换为数字信号输出给连接点处理器;所述连接点处理器;所述ECU用于接收路面反馈信息控制半主动悬架运行,并与信号调整后的连接点处理器配合控制半主动悬架完成悬架软硬度调节。本发明通过识别车辆载荷分布状态调节ECU的信号输出,从而控制半主动悬架在运动过程中达到最佳的运动状态,能够满足消费者购买的车辆使用时与试验车辆在试验时的运动状态相同,即无论载荷如何都能体验相同的舒适度。
