The invention provides a data fusion scheduling method and a lightweight train data acquisition system, and relates to the technical field of rail transit, and the method comprises the steps: classifying the data flow of each sensor based on the data transmission characteristics of the data flow of each sensor, and determining the transmission type of the data flow of each sensor; based on the transmission category of the data stream of each sensor, determining the priority of the data stream of each sensor; and based on the priority and the time resource of the data stream of each sensor, determining the total duration of processing the data stream of each sensor by the system, and determining the scheduling sequence of the data stream of each sensor by taking the minimum total duration as an optimization target. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, mass data in a high-concurrency scene can be collected and analyzed, the delay time of data processing is shortened, and the data service quality of the rail transit train is improved.
