The downstream of the radiator (12) is connected with an air separation device (14) used for separating nitrogen and oxygen, a nitrogen port of the air separation device (14) is connected with a gas phase space of the oil tank (15), an oxygen port of the air separation device (14) is connected with the turbine (6) to provide power for the turbine (6), and the supercharger (5) is driven by the turbine (6) to rotate. According to the invention, pressurization and temperature increase of cabin bleed air are realized, oxygen-enriched gas is effectively utilized, and the cabin bleed air amount is saved.
