The control method comprises the following steps of: initially electrifying a BMU, waiting for 5 seconds after the BMU passes self-inspection, judging whether a BCU message is overtime or not, and if the BCU message is not received within 5 seconds, not closing a relay and waiting for an instruction; if the BCU message is detected, closing the relay, and entering a whole group control mode; after entering the whole group control mode, judging whether an instruction of closing the relay by the BCU is received, if not, not closing the relay and continuing to wait for the instruction, and if the instruction is received, closing the relay and continuing to power on and operate; when the voltage exceeds a dangerous voltage range during self-inspection of the BMU, or the battery is seriously overheated, the relay is not closed, fault information is uploaded to the BCU, and the relay of the battery pack is cut off after 5 seconds; by adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, each battery pack can be uniformly shunted, so that the overall performance of the battery pack is improved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
本申请公开一种叉车电池组的控制方法,涉及电池组控制方法技术领域;该控制方法包括以下步骤:BMU初始上电,当BMU自检通过后,等待5秒,判断BCU报文是否超时,若5秒内未收到BCU报文,则不闭合继电器并等待指令;若检测到BCU报文,则闭合继电器,进入整组控制模式;进入整组控制模式后,判断是否接收到BCU闭合继电器的指令,若未收到则不闭合继电器继续等待指令,当收到指令则闭合继电器继续上电运行;当BMU自检时出现电压超出危险电压范围时,或者电池严重过温时,不闭合继电器,上传故障信息至BCU,5s后切断电池包继电器;采用本申请提供的技术方案可实现每个电池组能够均匀分流,从而改善电池组的整体性能,延长电池的使用寿命。
