The invention discloses a spaceflight phenolic aldehyde-based carbon aerogel material and a rapid preparation method thereof.The rapid preparation method comprises the steps that 5-8 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 17.5-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 1-1.5 parts of curing agent are mixed and then fully stirred, and a phenolic aldehyde solution is obtained; placing the phenolic aldehyde solution in a mold to seal gel, keeping the gel warm in a drying oven, taking out the gel, and drying under normal pressure to obtain phenolic aldehyde aerogel; and carrying out high-temperature pyrolysis on the phenolic aerogel in a protective atmosphere, and then carrying out furnace cooling to obtain the carbon aerogel. The prepared phenolic aldehyde-based carbon aerogel has good mechanical properties, can resist airflow scouring, is short in preparation period, and meets the requirements of current aerospace thermal protection materials.

    本发明公开了一种航天用酚醛基炭气凝胶材料及其快速制备方法,包括将5~8份热塑性酚醛树脂,17.5~20份无水乙醇,1~1.5份固化剂混合后充分搅拌,获得酚醛溶液;将酚醛溶液置于模具中密封凝胶,将凝胶在烘箱中保温,取出常压干燥,获得酚醛气凝胶;将酚醛气凝胶于保护气氛下高温热解,后随炉冷却,得到炭气凝胶。所制备的酚醛基炭气凝胶具有良好的力学性能,能够抵抗气流冲刷,且制备周期短,满足目前航天热防护材料的需求。
