The invention provides a carrier control method, a carrier control device and an unmanned carrier, which can be applied to the unmanned driving field and the intelligent auxiliary driving field. The carrier control method comprises the steps of analyzing a broadcast message of a first carrier to obtain an analysis result under the condition that a specified position condition is met between the position of a target carrier and a target operation area, and analyzing the broadcast message of the first carrier to obtain the analysis result under the condition that the first carrier is located in the target operation area; the broadcast message carries first information used for representing that the first carrier moves from the outside of the target operation area to the inside of the target operation area, and the broadcast message carries second information used for representing that the first carrier moves from the inside of the target operation area to the outside of the target operation area under the condition that the first carrier is located outside the target operation area; according to the analysis result, making a decision on the operation plan of the target carrier to obtain a decision result; and controlling the operation state of the target carrier according to the decision result.
