The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft fuselage stiffened wall plates, and discloses a Vitrimer resin matrix composite aircraft wall plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a Vitrimer resin precursor; (2) preparing a Vitrimer resin-based carbon fiber prepreg tape by adopting an impregnation process; and (3) paving the Vitrimer resin-based carbon fiber prepreg tape on the surface of a mold, carrying out the steps of rolling, vacuumizing and the like, putting the Vitrimer resin-based carbon fiber prepreg tape into an autoclave, pressurizing, heating and curing to respectively obtain a Vitrimer resin-based composite material skin and two L-shaped reinforcing ribs, carrying out machining to obtain an accurate size, stacking the two L-shaped reinforcing ribs into a T-shaped reinforcing rib, adhering the T-shaped reinforcing rib to the surface of the skin, and carrying out curing to obtain the Vitrimer resin-based composite material skin. And putting into the autoclave again for secondary curing, and finally taking out of the autoclave to obtain the T-shaped Vitrimer resin-based composite material aircraft panel. According to the Vitrimer resin matrix composite aircraft panel and the manufacturing method thereof, ribs of the finally prepared aircraft panel are tightly attached, deformation is avoided, the surface flatness is high, and later damage repair, recovery and remanufacturing of the aircraft panel are facilitated.

    本发明属于飞机机身加筋壁板技术领域,公开一种Vitrimer树脂基复合材料飞机壁板及其制造方法。(1)、制备Vitrimer树脂前驱体;(2)、采用含浸工艺制备Vitrimer树脂基碳纤维预浸带;(3)、将Vitrimer树脂基碳纤维预浸带,在模具表面铺贴,经辊压、抽真空等步骤后,放进热压罐中充压加热固化,分别获得Vitrimer树脂基复合材料蒙皮和两个L型加强筋,经机械加工获得精确尺寸后,将两个L型加强筋堆叠成T型加强筋并胶粘到蒙皮表面,再次放进热压罐内进行二次固化,最后出罐获得T型Vitrimer树脂基复合材料飞机壁板。本发明开发出一种Vitrimer树脂基复合材料飞机壁板及其制造方法,最终制备的飞机壁板筋条贴合紧密、无变形,表面平整度高,方便飞机壁板后期的损伤修复、回收和再制造。
