The invention discloses a low-noise tire and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of tires. The low-noise tire comprises a plurality of noise reduction layers, the noise reduction layers are arranged on the outer surface of an airtight layer, and the noise reduction layers are arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire at intervals; the noise reduction layer comprises a plurality of noise reduction pieces, and the noise reduction pieces are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the tire and are limited to be of a structure with the two ends low at the two ends of the noise reduction layer; and the noise reduction parts in the two adjacent noise reduction layers are arranged in a staggered manner. The technical problems that an existing low-noise tire is complex in process and poor in noise reduction effect are solved, and the low-noise tire has the advantages of being simple in process and good in noise reduction effect.

    本发明公开了一种低噪音轮胎及其制造方法,属于轮胎领域。一种低噪音轮胎包括降噪层,若干所述降噪层设于气密层的外表面,若干所述降噪层沿轮胎的周向间隔排布;所述降噪层包括多个降噪件,多个所述降噪件沿所述轮胎的轴向间隔排布且限定为所述降噪层两端低的结构;其中,相邻两个所述降噪层中的所述降噪件交错排布。本发明解决了现有低噪音轮胎存在工艺复杂以及降低噪音的效果差的技术问题,具有工艺简单以及降低噪音的效果良好的特点。
