The invention provides a hub motor controller fault control method and system, relates to the technical field of electric vehicle motor control, and adopts a current sensor, a voltage sensor and the like to obtain the output condition of a hub motor controller and judge whether the hub motor controller is in a fault state or not. The fault conditions of the hub motor controllers are divided into four types: all the hub motor controllers have faults; the three hub motor controllers break down; when the two hub motor controllers break down, the two hub motor controllers break down; a single hub motor controller breaks down; measures are respectively taken according to four fault conditions, a special electrical framework of the vehicle is utilized, front wheel hub motor controllers and rear wheel hub motor controllers can enter a one-driving-two mode according to the conditions, a single-motor controller drives a front wheel hub motor or a rear wheel hub motor, power of a fault wheel is guaranteed, and the fault speed is increased. The mode that a brake precisely controls the braking torque is adopted to cope with the situation that front wheel hub motor controllers and rear wheel hub motor controllers cannot achieve torque distribution possibly occurring in the one-driving-two strategy of the motor controllers.

    本公开提供了一种轮毂电机控制器故障控制方法及系统,涉及电动汽车电机控制技术领域,采用电流、电压等传感器获取轮毂电机控制器输出情况,判断轮毂电机控制器是否处于故障状态,将轮毂电机控制器故障情况分为四类:全部轮毂电机控制器出现故障;三个轮毂电机控制器出现故障;两个轮毂电机控制器出现故障;单个轮毂电机控制器出现故障;根据四类故障情况分别采取措施,利用车辆特殊的电气架构,前、后轮轮毂电机控制器可根据情况进入一拖二模式,由单电机控制器驱动前轮或后轮两个轮毂电机,保障故障轮动力,采取制动器精准控制制动扭矩的方式应对电机控制器一拖二策略中可能出现的:前、后轮轮毂电机控制器无法实现扭矩分配的情况。
