The invention discloses a fuel tank inerting performance test bench for simulating a flight profile, and the test bench obtains different inerting subsystem inlet flows, pressures, temperatures, oxygen-enriched gas outlet backpressures and fuel tank backpressures through an air entraining subsystem and an environment simulation subsystem. A balance state before an aircraft takes off is achieved through the inerting fuel oil air saturation subsystem, fuel tank refueling and fuel tank oil loading are simulated through the refueling subsystem, oil consumption under different flight profiles is simulated through the oil supply/transportation subsystem, and the nitrogen-oxygen separation performance of the inerting subsystem under different conditions is measured through the monitoring and measuring subsystem. The test bed has the advantages that the functions are comprehensive, the integration degree is high, the simulated working condition fits the actual flight profile, the test bed is easy to operate, real-time uninterrupted data collection, output and backup can be achieved, and the upper industrial personal computer can automatically control and adjust all the assemblies. Test data under a flight profile can provide a basis for design and development of an aircraft fuel tank inerting system.
本发明公开一种模拟飞行剖面的燃油箱惰化性能测试试验台,试验台通过引气子系统和环境模拟子系统得到不同的惰化子系统入口流量、压力、温度、富氧气体出口背压以及油箱背压,通过惰化燃油空气饱和子系统达到飞机起飞前的平衡状态,通过加油子系统模拟油箱加油和油箱载油,通过供/输油子系统模拟不同飞行剖面下的耗油,监控测量子系统测定不同条件下的惰化子系统氮氧分离性能。本发明的试验台具有功能全面、集成度高,模拟工况贴合实际飞行剖面的优点,试验台操作简单,可实现实时不间断数据采集、输出和备份,上位工控机对各组件可进行自动控制调节。飞行剖面下的试验数据可为飞机燃油箱惰化系统的设计和发展提供依据。
