The invention provides a platform door intelligent operation and maintenance and health management method and system based on a knowledge graph, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out the fault mechanism analysis of a platform door, and building a fault diagnosis knowledge graph based on an analysis result; comprising the following steps: quantitatively evaluating the harmfulness and risk degrees of various fault modes by utilizing a risk sequence number index in fault mode influence and criticality analysis, systematizing and structuring knowledge of platform door fault diagnosis, and on the basis, applying fault tree analysis to obtain a fault diagnosis result of the platform door. Constructing a fault diagnosis knowledge graph based on real-time monitoring data of the platform door system; knowledge data of the fault diagnosis knowledge graph is stored and managed through a graph database; and integrating a knowledge graph based on fault tree analysis, fault mode influence and criticality analysis into development and management of an intelligent operation and maintenance and health management system. According to the invention, by setting a knowledge graph construction method based on FTA and FMECA, the problem of fault diagnosis and management of the rail transit platform door is solved.

    本发明提供基于知识图谱的站台门智能运维与健康管理方法及系统,包括以下步骤:对站台门进行故障机理分析,基于分析结果建立故障诊断知识图谱;包括:利用故障模式影响和危害度分析中的风险顺序数指标去量化评价各种故障模式的危害性和风险程度,将站台门故障诊断的知识进行系统化和结构化,并在此基础上,应用故障树分析,基于站台门系统实时监测数据来构建故障诊断知识图谱;将故障诊断知识图谱的知识数据通过图数据库进行存储和管理;将基于故障树分析、故障模式影响和危害度分析的知识图谱融入智能运维与健康管理系统的开发和管理中。本发明通过设置基于FTA、FMECA的知识图谱构建方法,解决了轨道交通站台门故障诊断与管理的问题。
