The method comprises the following steps of performing vehicle type information identification on a connected vehicle to obtain vehicle type data of the connected vehicle; inquiring battery characteristic parameters of the connected vehicle according to the model data of the connected vehicle to obtain a battery characteristic parameter set which comprises a vehicle battery total capacity parameter and a vehicle rated charging power parameter; battery state detection is conducted on the connected vehicle, a battery current working condition parameter set is obtained, and the battery current working condition parameter set comprises a vehicle current remaining electric quantity parameter, a battery current temperature parameter and a battery current health state parameter. According to the invention, multiple beneficial effects of rapid charging, battery protection, personalized charging and reasonable energy distribution can be realized.
