The method comprises the steps that the environment temperature of a vehicle is determined; under the condition that it is determined that the environment temperature is smaller than the set temperature, the driving duty ratio of a target motor of the vehicle is determined; and based on the driving duty ratio, the target motor is controlled to drive an electric tail wing of the vehicle to execute the ice breaking action. Under the condition that the temperature of the environment where the vehicle is located is smaller than the set temperature, the target motor is automatically controlled to drive the electric empennage of the vehicle to execute the ice breaking action based on the determined driving duty ratio, and the electric empennage can be effectively prevented from being firmly frozen in the low-temperature environment for a long time; and the electric empennage cannot be effectively driven to unfold, so that the ice breaking of the electric empennage fails.
